Maire Nic Amhlaoibh is not only a trained physiotherapist, she also knows a bit about running, making her perfectly positioned to advise and treat endurance athletes to compete at their best, injury free.
Having held an Irish record for 3km steeplechase, she has been practicing physiotherapy in Singapore for the past 7 years and is often seen on podiums of races up to the 21km mark.
